Two members of the nonprofit PARSA (Physiotherapy And Rehabilitation Services for Afghanistan) realized the power of giving young people a worthwhile path to follow in life. This non profit focuses on rebuilding Afghan communities, so after the tragedies that have recently happened, they want to bring hope to the youth around them. The two nonprofit members made it their mission to uplift the lives of rural boys and girls through scouting. They do this by encouraging a sense of responsibility and service to the community.
