WWE star, John Cena, has officially broken a record for the most wishes granted to kids through the Make A Wish Foundation. At 650 wishes, he has surpassed all other people who have only granted no more than 200 wishes. John Cena is the most requested celebrity for the Make A Wish Foundation and he always wants to get involved and make a difference.
